Gaurav (U9 Coach ) and Chander( New Coach) attended the L1 coaching course over the weekend in Geneva and remarked that it was an amazing learning experience. They realized how a well-prepared, structured, fun-filled, and outcome-driven session can significantly enhance the overall atmosphere. The course provided them with numerous ideas about what should be adjusted in their sessions.

The discussions covered the evolution of coaching over the years and emphasized the importance of incorporating fun when working with juniors. It was highlighted how small, competitive games can uplift the mood and the significance of coaches asking the right open-ended questions rather than providing direct answers.

They expressed that the weekend was well spent and expressed gratitude to Basel Dragons for the opportunity and to Nitin for recommending the course.

Chander Mohan, will be coaching Under 15 of Basel Dragons Juniors along with Nitin.
